Responsibilities
- Manage channel account health performance metrics.
- Coordinate with channel management and channel partners on account health progress and strategies.
- Lead process optimization, change management, and cross-division initiatives affecting order health, returns, customers, and margins.
- Manage existing channel task processes and implement new processes.
- Execute item and listing optimization strategies to increase product reviews, improve ratings, support Q&A, and build customer trust.
