Requirements
- Have experience writing distributed, high-volume Java services.
- Know how to deploy services and keep them running in production.
- Have experience designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Understand data structures and algorithms and how to apply them to practical solutions.
- Be able to drive technical decisions and take ownership of backend architecture and delivery.
- Care about reliability, performance, and quality in production code.
- Experience with ML-powered services, speech technologies, or enterprise platforms is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable backend systems and APIs for voice generation services.
- Build and evolve backend infrastructure for reliable, production-grade voice capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineers, research scientists, product owners, and designers to prototype and productionize AI and speech technologies.
- Improve the scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency of backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code that follows coding best practices.
- Contribute to improving software development standards and practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and backend development best practices.
