Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting.
- Have proven experience working with clients to deliver data-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Have experience working on cross-functional teams and be able to speak with engineers and data scientists.
- Have strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Be able to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and expert engagement strategies; this is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers as a subject matter expert in H1 data and their business as part of account teams.
- Use data to solve business challenges, particularly around scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration.
- Lead strategic discovery processes to identify client needs and develop custom data-driven solutions.
- Deliver bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and insights to optimize the user platform experience.
- Offer proactive project ideas that support value creation and client expansion.
- Translate client business challenges into actionable insights and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with H1 leadership and internal teams to execute projects and meet client objectives.
