Job Details

Bring 9+ years of industry experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
Have a track record of delivering large-scale service-oriented systems.
Demonstrate broad full-stack engineering capability across backend, frontend, mobile, APIs, and system architecture.
Have experience building customer-facing products from zero to one, including product definition, technical architecture, development, and launch.
Bring end-to-end product ownership experience, including iterating on launched products and responding to customer feedback.
Have strong architectural design skills across high-scale distributed services, APIs, data pipelines, efficient algorithms, and reliable integrations.
Use sound technical judgment to balance delivery speed, experimentation, scalability, and long-term engineering quality.
Bring a product-first engineering mindset.
Have communication and collaboration skills and experience driving initiatives across teams, departments, and leadership.

Set technical direction for Kyber and make architectural decisions for systems that enable rapid deployment of internal applications and product feature prototypes.
Write and review code hands-on, including with AI coding agents, and establish standards for quality, availability, and system health.
Partner with Infrastructure, Product, Security, and Design to translate cross-organizational objectives into platform capabilities.
Advance tools that help Product Managers, Designers, and other non-technical builders create rich product feature prototypes.
Lead implementation, maintenance, and scaling of a platform supporting internal projects and users.
Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.
