Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Have 10+ years of experience working with policymakers and stakeholders in MENA.
- Have deep knowledge of MENA policymaking and public opinion processes.
- Bring extensive experience in intelligence collection and analysis.
- Bring experience in strategy development and project management.
- Have experience with cross-functional partnership.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with regional policymakers and political figures.
- Identify, monitor, and analyze policy issues affecting Roblox in MENA.
- Develop and execute policy strategies around issues important to Roblox.
- Support the wider public policy team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Advise internal stakeholders on policy matters related to product development and business operations.
- Articulate Roblox’s public policy positions.
- Produce briefing papers and consultation responses.
