- Bring a background in a fast-growing tech startup.
- Own how content reaches people, not just how it is made.
- Have a network you can activate to get content seen.
- Be a hands-on creator who has built a content engine.
- Bring original ideas rather than only following a standard playbook.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Show proof that your content drove leads or pipeline and provide a portfolio.
- Experience in customer service, customer support, or the CX tools space is a plus.
- A background in conversational or agentic AI is a plus.
- Having built a passion project and an audience for it is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the full content lifecycle, from strategy and ideation through production.
- Drive content distribution and reach, not just publishing.
- Own and manage the content budget.
- Produce content across formats and channels.
- Build and grow owned channels and the audience.
- Develop the content voice and tone, and uphold consistency, clarity, and quality.
- Partner with the GTM and product teams on content creation.
- Optimize content for search and AI discovery.
