Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in SaaS environments.
- Have 2+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Data Analytics, or Consulting.
- Have 2+ years of experience working with sales and revenue data, including data extraction, analysis, and forecasting.
- Have 2+ years of experience partnering with and delivering projects to sales organizations.
- Have 2+ years of experience preparing presentations and communicating findings to senior audiences at VP level and above.
- Have 2+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including creating reports and extracting data.
- Have 2+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including building complex models.
- Have 2+ years of experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, creating dashboards for audiences.
- Have 2+ years of experience working with SQL and familiarity with database management.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science.
- Project management certifications and experience scoping projects, creating plans with milestones, and executing them are valued.
Responsibilities
- Scope analytical projects focused on revenue acceleration or risk mitigation.
- Manage data analysis from extraction and cleaning through analysis and interpretation.
- Conduct competitive evaluations and identify market developments and opportunities.
- Present findings to senior audiences, including the CEO, CRO, and SVPs.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data analysis.
