Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Have 4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- Have 3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Have 3+ years of experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar.
- Have experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Have experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows.
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Bring experience in online marketing and advertising; this is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
- Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.
- Translate complex data findings into growth opportunities and performance improvements with business partners.
- Deliver insights on time, automate recurring reporting, and continuously improve data models.
- Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations.
- Manage ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and BigQuery data pipelines.
