Requirements
- Have 0–2 years of experience in customer service, procurement, or a related field; internships count.
- Have strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Pay close attention to detail when verifying information and maintaining accurate data.
- Be comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Be comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- College coursework in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Be eager to learn and take initiative.
Responsibilities
- Contact suppliers daily, making approximately 150 calls per day, to verify product availability, pricing, and other details.
- Ensure supplier information is accurate and up to date in internal systems.
- Collect and confirm details needed by the team and senior associates to prepare customer quotes and orders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate with the estimation and procurement teams to share supplier information and support operations.
- Record call notes, supplier responses, and other relevant information in internal systems.
