Job Details

Hold a BFA or MA/MS degree in design, art and design, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience demonstrating commitment to visual design and illustration.
Have 6+ years of design experience.
Provide a portfolio focused on event design, campaigns, layout, design systems, and visual storytelling.
Demonstrate strong fluency across print, digital, motion, and event design systems.
Bring expertise in event environmental and campaign design, including large-scale brand moments.
Have advanced knowledge of Adobe and Figma systems, libraries, and scalable brand documentation.
Communicate design rationale, systems, and constraints to creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Be able to contribute as both a hands-on designer and a strategic partner in a collaborative team.

Lead and execute design work across brand experiences, campaigns, and events.
Develop concepts and scalable visual systems across print, digital, motion, and environmental applications.
Own design execution from early concept through delivery.
Coordinate design work across internal teams, agencies, and contractors.
Provide system documentation, visual storytelling guidance, and feedback to support consistent brand execution.
Build and maintain templates, documentation, and guidance that help teams apply the brand.
Maintain and evolve core brand systems, including typography, iconography, logo usage, color, and layout frameworks.
Keep the Figma brand library, presentation templates, icons, and brand book accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with events, social, web, and product design teams, and partner with animation and illustration specialists as needed.
