Requirements
- Have hands-on experience running growth programs for lending products, ideally credit cards.
- Use SQL and Python day-to-day to evaluate funnel performance and segment-level unit economics.
- Understand prescreened and non-prescreened acquisition strategies.
- Understand how marketing and credit policy intersect.
- Be able to own execution of an end-to-end channel.
- Be organized and autonomous in managing channel execution.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across marketing, credit, product, and operations.
- Bring a results focus and willingness to test and measure outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Source, pitch, launch, and optimize affiliate partnerships.
- Design and run targeted paid search and social programs.
- Partner with credit to adapt prequalification policies for new channels and partners.
- Apply models and targeting strategies with credit and data science to improve approved volume and return on spend.
- Design and run structured tests across partners, audiences, offers, creative, and bidding.
- Work with product and engineering to shape offers and application experiences.
- Use data to connect channel performance to approval, activation, spend, and credit performance.
