Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in security engineering, cybersecurity automation, security software development, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
- Practical understanding of SOAR platforms and automated security workflows.
- Experience building and maintaining security playbooks for incident response, threat investigation, alert triage, and enrichment.
- Solid understanding of security operations, threat detection, and incident response.
- Practical familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, testing, maintainable code, version control, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of AI, LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automation frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and develop scalable automation solutions.
- Preferred: Experience developing reusable security automation content for multiple customer environments.
- Preferred: Experience integrating EDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable security automation components, connectors, integrations, and playbooks.
- Build automation for incident response, threat investigation, alert triage, and enrichment.
- Translate customer requirements and proof-of-concepts into maintainable, production-ready solutions.
- Integrate SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Create modular automation frameworks for deployment across diverse customer environments.
- Incorporate AI and LLM capabilities into security workflows and investigations.
- Test and validate automation components and AI-enabled workflows for security, accuracy, and reliability.
- Maintain a reusable security automation content library and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Product teams on customer requirements and solution delivery.
