Requirements
- Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) and understanding of digital manufacturing processes and production execution.
- Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), including solution design, configuration, development, and deployment.
- Experience supporting discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, or both.
- Involvement in SAP implementations, rollouts, and Application Management Services (AMS), including configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Experience with interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems and an understanding of enterprise integration and data exchange.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end corporate value chain and relationships among manufacturing, production planning, quality management, and logistics.
- Ability to analyze complex customer requests, identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and deliver solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Very good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Relevant SAP certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP Digital Manufacturing consulting services to support manufacturing digitalization and process optimization.
- Design, configure, develop, and deploy solutions across SAP DM, Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).
- Analyze production workflows and recommend improvements to efficiency, planning, execution, traceability, and quality control.
- Support end-to-end implementations, system rollouts, and deployments from requirements analysis through go-live.
- Provide application management support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer requests.
- Support the design and maintenance of interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Analyze customer value chains, production processes, logistics, and business interdependencies.
- Gather customer requirements, communicate recommendations, and provide functional expertise throughout delivery.
- Investigate complex customer requirements and system issues and develop practical solutions.
- Stay informed about manufacturing technologies and SAP capabilities and identify opportunities to improve solutions and service delivery.
