Requirements
- Have circa 4–10 years’ PQE.
- Bring a strong background in commercial contracts.
- Have some experience in the insurance industry ideally.
- Insurance or insurtech experience is strongly preferred.
- Be a confident communicator.
- Have strong organisation skills.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Draft commercial contracts, especially in insurance and insurtech.
- Review commercial contracts, especially in insurance and insurtech.
- Negotiate commercial contracts, especially in insurance and insurtech.
- Support and coordinate projects across multiple markets.
- Track project actions and deadlines.
- Work closely with business and health/insurance teams.
- Give clear, practical legal advice.
