Requirements
- Demonstrate strong product discovery skills and turn ambiguity into actionable insight.
- Start with user problems and show empathy for users.
- Translate product vision into prototypes in collaboration with designers and engineers.
- Understand technical feasibility firsthand.
- Balance user value with business needs using sound judgment.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with executives, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Use current AI tools to research, prototype, and communicate intent.
- Focus on outcomes such as problems solved, metrics moved, user behavior changed, and revenue influenced.
Responsibilities
- Own a product module’s outcomes, roadmap, and lifecycle from concept through launch and measurement.
- Contribute to product strategy and communicate the module roadmap to internal and external audiences.
- Define product requirements based on user problems and validated feedback.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-centered experiences.
- Coordinate launches with platform success, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Identify ways to use AI to enhance the product experience.
- Run client and end-user feedback sessions and iterate on the product.
- Surface product improvement opportunities proactively.
