Requirements
- Have five or more years of product management experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to own a complex, workflow-driven product area and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Bring strong product discovery skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Have a track record of shipping practical solutions that teams and customers adopt.
- Hands-on revenue cycle experience—as a biller, in RCM operations, or building software for billing, practice management, or clearinghouses—is preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of AI and LLMs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for RCM automation.
- Work with design and engineering to discover and deliver solutions that measurably reduce manual claim management.
- Translate requirements into user stories and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Apply automation and AI to claim billing, AR follow-up, payment posting, denials, and appeals.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible across products.
- Define clear success metrics and hold yourself accountable for results.
