Requirements
- Bring significant professional experience delivering software at a senior engineering level, typically at least eight years of commercial experience.
- Have strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including hands-on React experience.
- Have practical experience developing backend applications with Python.
- Have experience using AI-native development practices and tools.
- Understand AI and agentic workflows and be interested in emerging large language model technologies.
- Have experience delivering software in an Agile environment and building solutions for business needs.
- Have strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Have experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, including relevant testing tools.
- Have practical experience working with databases and cloud environments.
- Be familiar with pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative software development practices.
- Have professional proficiency in English.
- Be willing and able to travel to client sites within the United States as required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React and Python.
- Contribute to component architecture, implementation, maintenance, and code quality.
- Establish and improve source control, build, and deployment practices.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Gather user and client feedback and translate it into software improvements.
- Analyze client requirements and contribute to defining technical solutions.
- Collaborate with technical leaders, client teams, and distributed colleagues on project execution and delivery.
- Apply AI-native development tools and practices to improve engineering workflows and explore AI capabilities.
- Contribute to testing, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.
