Requirements
- Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level; Senior Engineers typically have at least 8 years of commercial experience.
- Deep knowledge and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including React.
- Experience with Python backend development.
- Experience with AI-native development practices and tools.
- Understanding of AI and agentic workflows, and interest in emerging LLM technologies.
- Practical experience delivering in an agile environment.
- Practical experience developing real-world solutions.
- Deep understanding of version control tools such as Git.
- Testing experience and familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools.
- Practical experience working with databases and cloud environments.
- Experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Nice to have: experience with AI application development and agentic frameworks and platforms such as LangGraph or Agentspace.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications using React and Python.
- Support component design, development, and maintenance.
- Take responsibility for personal technical quality standards within the project team.
- Assist with defining structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Gather feedback from users and clients and build solutions for them.
- Assist with analyzing client requirements.
- Work with and support Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with client teams.
