Have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack ownership.
Bring strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for production-quality frontend applications.
Have experience with Next.js or a comparable server-side rendering framework.
Have shipped production mobile applications to the iOS App Store and Google Play; the mobile apps use React Native.
Bring solid backend development experience and be comfortable learning and working in C#.
Have solid API design and integration experience, including RESTful APIs, versioning, authentication, and external service integrations.
Have production experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Have experience with Docker and containerized development or deployment environments.
Have contributed to or led modernization of an existing production system.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred: direct experience with C# and ASP.NET Core, or native iOS Swift or Android Kotlin development.
Preferred: familiarity with Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, Radix UI, or MUI.
Preferred: experience in financial services, fintech, or banking software, and familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or PCI-DSS.
Preferred: experience designing APIs for multi-tenant or platform-scale architectures and familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.

Design scalable, maintainable full-stack systems aligned with the Digital roadmap.
Drive technical design discussions for modernization initiatives and the new Digital API integration layer.
Evaluate and recommend tools, patterns, and architecture across the frontend and backend stack.
Build, test, and maintain features across Digital Banking web and React Native mobile applications.
Manage work from design and implementation through code review, testing, and production monitoring.
Work in Docker containerized environments and contribute to CI/CD pipeline health.
Lead and contribute to code reviews, documentation, pairing sessions, and team discussions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
