- Demonstrated success delivering and scaling UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications products in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in unified communications technologies, including voice and telephony, video, messaging, mobility, and collaboration solutions.
- Ability to translate portfolio strategy into executable roadmaps, operating plans, and reliable delivery across multiple product teams.
- Experience communicating delivery progress, strategic decisions, and business outcomes to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
- Experience leading execution in global, cross-functional environments with distributed engineering and go-to-market teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions, navigate competing priorities, manage trade-offs, and establish accountability.
- Organizational and leadership capabilities, including establishing operating rhythms, developing talent, and maintaining alignment across multiple teams.
- Advantageous: experience developing or launching AI-powered communications or collaboration features, such as transcription, virtual agents, and intelligent routing.
- Advantageous: familiarity with channel partnerships and partner-led go-to-market strategies in UCaaS or CCaaS markets.
- Advantageous: MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
- Advantageous: previous experience at a leading global cloud communications or UCaaS provider.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of the Unified Communications product roadmap, translating strategic direction into prioritized initiatives, delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Directors and Senior Product Managers, establishing accountability and consistent operating practices.
- Partner with strategy leadership to define and maintain a multi-year roadmap balancing market opportunities, business priorities, delivery capacity, dependencies, and customer commitments.
- Coordinate engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to deliver product priorities on time and at high quality.
- Establish portfolio governance and decision-making processes to clarify priorities, identify risks, resolve trade-offs, and allocate resources.
- Own product execution metrics and outcomes, including delivery predictability, product adoption, quality, and commercial performance.
- Report progress, risks, performance indicators, and corrective actions to the General Manager of Unified Communications and Contact Center and other senior leaders.
- Drive product launch readiness and go-to-market execution, coordinating positioning, pricing, sales enablement, and customer rollout plans.
- Strengthen collaboration across global product, engineering, and go-to-market organizations.
- Improve product management practices, operational discipline, and portfolio execution.
