Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience managing customer relationships, in relevant project or account management work, or in integration implementation work.
- Demonstrate customer advocacy and the ability to create an excellent customer experience.
- Understand project management practices and manage work toward critical deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet deadlines.
- Solve problems using available resources and explain problems and resolutions thoughtfully.
- Understand technical details at varying levels of complexity to accomplish project objectives.
- Preferred experience with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Zendesk.
- Be able to work on-call after hours and weekends or work a non-traditional shift as business needs arise.
- Be able to travel occasionally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects involving product and platform integration work.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for customer implementations, escalating issues to cross-functional teams when needed.
- Work with external product partners to resolve bugs in active customer implementations.
- Conduct customer training on product integration best practices and troubleshooting.
- Identify and advocate for product enhancements that benefit customers or internal operations.
- Partner with the product team to communicate product changes and updates and explain their impact.
- Contribute to initiatives to improve implementation velocity and process efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point and navigate issues through to resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales on technical product discovery when needed.
