Requirements
- Hold Epic Prelude and Real Time Eligibility certifications.
- Have 3+ years of experience as an Epic Prelude/RTE analyst or advisor.
- Have experience aligning registration and scheduling build with downstream billing requirements.
- Have hands-on experience with payor plan mapping and eligibility workflows.
- Have experience with patient estimates build and accuracy analysis.
- Bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be comfortable partnering with operational leaders and mentoring customer analysts.
- Cadence experience and familiarity with electronic authorization workflows are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review registration and scheduling workflows with Patient Access and Revenue Cycle leaders to align front-end build with PB revenue cycle requirements.
- Support the design, build, and testing of ASA tables.
- Review access automation, such as automated scheduling, to confirm required registration data is captured.
- Coordinate Real Time Eligibility and payor plan mapping work with other revenue cycle partners.
- Review patient estimate build, analyze estimate accuracy, and recommend opportunities to expand estimates.
- Help prepare for electronic authorizations and define front-end financial clearance metrics.
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to customer Access IS staff.
