- Five years experience designing, building and supporting systems applications
Requirements
- Five years of experience designing, building, and supporting systems applications.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Obtain Epic certification or accreditation within six weeks of completing Epic training.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is desired.
Responsibilities
- Define system scope and objectives based on user needs.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems while considering equipment capacity, system limitations, operating time, and desired results.
- Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary.
- Study information systems needs, investigate solutions, and present recommendations to management.
- Serve as team lead when assigned by management.
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews.
- Serve as a liaison for computer vendors, physicians, and other facilities.
- Support users in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing education for assigned systems.
