- Have at least 7 years of work experience directly related to this position.
- Have a strong background in ERP and EPM systems.
- Have Oracle Cloud experience preferred.
- Oracle Cloud certification for ERP and EPM instances is preferred.
- Have reliable internet access.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement them in production for Oracle ERP and EPM instances.
- Support multiple Oracle Cloud modules used by Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to configure and maintain ERP and EPM systems.
- Recommend improvements to Oracle Cloud modules, systems, and business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications for Oracle developers to build integrations and reports.
- Work with stakeholders and users to understand their needs and plan improvements to service delivery.
- Document current business processes and new functionality as it is developed and delivered.
- Prepare testing scripts and scenarios for Oracle quarterly patching and prepare test instances for users.
- Work with Oracle Support to resolve system problems and support ERP close deadlines.
- Support and train end users.
