Requirements
- Have proven experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Have knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering customer support.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic search and indexing concepts is preferred.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools, API clients such as Postman, or logs is preferred.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, server-side and client-side contexts, network request routing, and HTTP is preferred.
- Familiarity with open-source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration patterns is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and support them through onboarding.
- Guide customers on integrating with Constructor's APIs and using open-source libraries.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
- Help customers upload product catalog data and configure facets, searchabilities, and sort orders.
- Help customers retrieve results and ensure their product catalogs are properly configured.
- Respond to customer inquiries and act as a liaison between customers and technical resources.
- Document customer interactions, common issues, and solutions.
- Improve integration documentation and customer onboarding.
