Experience: Minimum of 5 years related work experience in account management at HQ level of large format retail or distribution in CPG

Have at least 5 years of related account management experience at the HQ level of large-format retail or CPG distribution.
Have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related business field, or five years of relevant experience.
Have previous work experience in a regulated industry, specifically tobacco products.
Be proficient with technology software and CRM, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
Possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Be able to work independently and deliver results in a remote-working environment.
Be able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for at least three consecutive years.
Have a reliable vehicle or be willing to obtain one for daily work use.
Be able to travel regularly, averaging 40% of work hours, including overnight stays.

Manage buyer meetings, category reviews and analysis, contracted space, and inventory resolution.
Provide timely, detailed communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Distill complex data into actionable insights and explain findings to stakeholders.
Develop and deliver retail programming partnerships, contract partnerships, and campaigns that maximize ROI.
Communicate with internal department leads, retail contacts, and distribution contacts to develop and execute sales strategy.
Conduct quarterly business reviews, broker meetings, HQ planning sessions, sponsored events, and market and store visits.
