Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related account management experience at the HQ level of large-format retail or distribution in CPG.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another related business field, or five years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a regulated industry, specifically tobacco products.
- Proficiency with technology software and CRM tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for at least the last three consecutive years.
- A reliable vehicle or willingness to obtain a vehicle for daily work use.
- Ability to travel regularly, averaging 40% of work hours, including overnight stays.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote-working environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage buyer meetings, category reviews and analysis, T2T’s contracted space, and inventory resolution.
- Communicate timely and detailed information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Distill actionable insights from complex data and explain findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver retail programming partnerships, contract partnerships, and campaigns that maximize ROI.
- Communicate with internal department leads, retail contacts, and distribution contacts to develop and execute sales strategy.
- Represent JUUL with the nicotine category teams of Walgreens and British Petroleum’s portfolio of c-stores.
- Travel for quarterly business reviews, broker meetings, HQ planning sessions, sponsored events, market and store visits, and internal meetings.
