- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst; 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance).

Requirements
- Have 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis.
- Have experience working with multiple internal and external technical teams.
- Have 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Have advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Have experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI.
- Have web development experience.
- Have experience writing scripts to build internal tools, using tools or languages such as bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
- Be able to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have organizational skills to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during onboarding.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents.
- Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives.
- Design solutions based on the system and product capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects, monitor quality and timelines, mitigate risks, and drive deliverables to completion.
- Build an understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions using Sardine's technology.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders based on client work.
