Job Details

Have 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
Be able to contribute to technical debates and design choices with customers.
Have programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Have experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
Understand solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
Understand how to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
Have technical program or project management experience, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
Have experience resolving complex, important escalations with senior customer executives.
Have experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing complex program or project delivery.
Have a track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience.
Be able to travel up to 30% when needed.

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand prioritized customers’ use case demand plans.
Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for customer use cases.
Own technical delivery across assigned customer use cases, coordinating onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and workload consumption.
Act as the first contact for technical issues and questions related to production and go-live status.
Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, Support, and expert resources to address customer needs.
Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating Professional Services engagement proposals.
Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
Develop execution plans for production use cases, enablement, product adoption, investment needs, and executive and operational governance.
Provide KPI updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use case progress to the Technical GM.
