Job Details

Have 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
Have programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Have experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
Understand solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
Understand how to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
Have technical program or project management experience, including accountability for account, stakeholder, and resource management.
Have experience resolving complex, important escalations with senior customer executives.
Have experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing complex program or project delivery.
Demonstrate a track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience.
Be able to travel up to 30% when needed.

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand prioritized customers' use case demand plans.
Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for Databricks use cases.
Own technical leadership for assigned customer use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy workload consumption.
Serve as the first contact for technical issues or questions about production and go-live status.
Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, Support, and expert technical resources.
Create and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production, coordinating Professional Services engagement proposals.
Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
Develop execution plans for production delivery, enablement, adoption, cloud cost control, optimization, and governance.
Provide internal and external KPI updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progress.
