Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst.
- Have experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external.
- Bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion.
- Have advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Have experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI and web development.
- Have experience writing scripts to build internal tools, using tools or languages such as bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Work with clients and provide end-to-end support during onboarding.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents.
- Analyze clients’ technical and functional requirements and design solutions based on product capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects, monitor quality and timelines, mitigate risk, and drive deliverables.
- Understand customers’ business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to develop solutions using Sardine’s technology.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
