- Experience with factory-level process engineering and industrial utilities.
- Professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical and industry topics quickly and translate them into structured, accessible insights.
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, information synthesis skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent PowerPoint, presentation development, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Genuine interest in climate technologies, industrial transformation, and practical decarbonization solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate research and assessments of climate technologies, industrial utilities, textile processing solutions, decarbonization pathways, and manufacturing implementation challenges.
- Build and maintain an organized library of technical research, industry intelligence, and internal and third-party analyses.
- Synthesize technical information into frameworks, conclusions, and actionable insights for strategic and tactical decisions.
- Monitor emerging technologies, industry developments, and implementation barriers, and inform leadership of relevant opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare presentations, strategic materials, technical documentation, and meeting briefs for internal and external audiences.
- Translate discussions and technical assessments into recommendations, practical next steps, and structured content.
- Coordinate technical team activities, including solution evaluations, methodology updates, research initiatives, and knowledge management.
- Track action items, meeting outcomes, research objectives, and project progress.
- Maintain technical knowledge systems, implementation methodologies, and accessible information resources.
- Convert project experiences and practical learnings into reusable frameworks, methodologies, and training or reference materials.
