- Structure complex technical information into clear frameworks and initial conclusions, and keep Aii leaders informed of developments and implementation barriers.
- Prepare presentations, strategic materials, technical documents, and meeting materials.
- Translate ideas, discussions, and technical judgments into clear next steps and content.
- Support technical workshops, industry discussions, site visits, and communications related to technical strategy and climate solutions.
- Coordinate work across the technical team and communication among Aii teams, consultants, and external partners.
- Track action items, meeting outcomes, research goals, and progress, and improve information flow and project efficiency.
