Have 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or a related role.
Bring experience from SaaS, fintech, or another high-growth technology company ideally.
Have owned marketing strategy for a defined customer segment, region, industry, or sales organization.
Show a track record of sourcing and accelerating pipeline through integrated programs.
Understand the B2B sales cycle and translate Sales priorities into focused marketing strategies.
Be fluent in marketing and pipeline metrics, able to analyze campaign performance, diagnose gaps, and explain results.
Bring strong project management and executive communication skills and be comfortable managing multiple programs.
Be willing to travel up to 40% for events, Sales meetings, and customer programs.

Own the field marketing strategy, annual plan, budget, and pipeline goals for the Commercial segment.
Partner with Commercial Sales leadership and set the planning rhythm across Marketing, Sales, and SDR.
Analyze account, pipeline, industry, geographic, and performance data to identify high-potential audiences.
Build integrated campaigns using in-person, digital, partner, content, direct mail, and account-based tactics.
Shape event strategy, owning audience, objectives, Sales plans, and pipeline outcomes while partnering with Events on larger experiences.
Test campaign ideas, define success upfront, and turn successful approaches into repeatable plays and documented playbooks.
Track pipeline, conversion, and ROI, and present results to senior Marketing and Sales leaders.
