Job Details

Have built an AI automation, agentic pipeline step, or tool that is in real use; chatbot use alone does not qualify.
Have taken a client-facing product or integration from brief to launch and continued operating it after launch.
Have a technical background such as support, integrations, QA, or development.
Be comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, configuration, and data without needing to be an engineer.
Have worked in an environment where processes were still being established, such as a startup, scale-up, or fast-moving agency.
Make sound decisions with incomplete information and progress work independently.
Communicate clearly with clients and technical teams.

Take client products and integrations from brief through configuration, onboarding, testing, and rollout, then continue owning them after launch.
Build and run AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows to improve delivery and client outcomes.
Monitor AI services after launch, check inputs and outputs, and identify problems proactively.
Reproduce issues by checking configuration, data, and expected behavior, then provide Engineering with a clear problem description.
Prioritize fixes in the product area and work directly with engineers to ship them.
Communicate progress and constraints to clients, and turn findings into changes for Product and Engineering.
Direct one or two junior teammates and create tools and automation that improve future delivery cycles.
