Requirements
- Have previous experience implementing automations and process improvements for law firms.
- Bring hands-on experience with AI implementation and business process automation.
- Have experience working with LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, or similar models to build AI-powered workflows and business process automations.
- Have experience integrating LLMs into workflows through APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom development.
- Be comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools to troubleshoot systems, write or modify code, connect APIs, and implement solutions.
- Have hands-on experience with Clio and Lawmatics.
- Have experience integrating Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and Agorapulse or comparable business platforms.
- Have experience with APIs, integrations, and custom software or internal tool development.
- Be able to identify inefficient workflows independently and determine an appropriate technical solution.
- Bring strong troubleshooting skills to fix broken automations and integrations.
- Be able to own projects from strategy through execution with minimal direction.
- Have excellent English communication skills and be able to maintain partial overlap with U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Audit workflows across the firm and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement.
- Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows and automations.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing automations that are unreliable or broken.
- Build and maintain integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and Agorapulse.
- Develop workflows using Zapier and n8n, including customized solutions when needed.
- Use APIs and custom development to solve problems existing tools cannot handle effectively.
- Use Claude Code and other LLMs to build, troubleshoot, and optimize automations, integrations, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows.
- Own projects from identifying the problem through implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization.
