Requirements
- Have built an AI automation, agentic step in a pipeline, or tool that is in real use; chatbot use alone does not meet this requirement.
- Have taken a client-facing product or integration from brief to launch and continued running it after launch.
- Have a technical background such as support, integrations, QA, or development, with experience owning client or product outcomes.
- Be comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, configuration, and data without needing to be an engineer.
- Have worked in an environment where processes were not yet established, such as a startup, scale-up, fast-moving agency, or a venture of your own.
- Make sound decisions with incomplete information and take initiative to make progress.
- Communicate clearly and directly with clients and technical teams.
- Nice to have: background in sport, media, live events, or ad-tech.
- Nice to have: experience with SaaS or developer-facing products, including SDKs, CMS, or analytics.
Responsibilities
- Take client products and integrations from brief through configuration, onboarding, testing, and rollout, then continue owning them after launch.
- Build and run AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows to speed up delivery and improve the product for clients.
- Monitor AI services after launch, check inputs and outputs, and catch problems before clients do.
- Investigate issues by checking configuration, data, and expected behavior, then provide Engineering with a clear problem description.
- Identify worthwhile fixes in the product area and work directly with engineers to ship them.
- Keep the client informed about progress and constraints, and turn delivery learnings into changes for Product and Engineering.
- Direct one or two more junior teammates and create tools and automation that make future delivery cycles easier.
