Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Manage customer interactions from order through billing.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues involving orders, service activation, testing, customer access, technical account management, disconnects, and billing.
- Partner with sales and service delivery teams to understand and implement sold solutions.
- Manage critical dates and provide escalation support to meet delivery objectives.
- Validate order details for sold services and follow established order-submission protocols.
- Respond to customer and service delivery inquiries in a timely manner.
- Partner with sales and service delivery to resolve order exceptions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
