Requirements
- Have hands-on practitioner experience in organic growth or SEO/AEO.
- Be fluent in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Be fluent in Semrush or Ahrefs.
- Be fluent in a CMS such as Contentful.
- Provide clear written reasoning to explain decision-making.
- Preferred: experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
- Preferred: Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
Responsibilities
- Design task briefs based on real organic growth work, including issues and decisions a strong practitioner should address.
- Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and criteria that distinguish strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
- Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
- Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, and plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.
