Requirements
- Have a track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission.
- Bring experience ideally gained at a technology company.
- Use AI fluently in your own work.
- Have shipped internal tooling or workflows, or partnered closely with engineers to do so.
- Write and edit exceptionally well, turning technical and commercial input into clear, compliant, persuasive responses.
- Manage contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones under deadline pressure.
- Read scoring criteria, identify differentiators, and flag pursuits that are not worth the effort.
- Bonus: bring experience with security or compliance questionnaires.
- Bonus: have a technical or pre-sales background.
- Bonus: speak additional languages beyond English.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic enterprise pursuits from qualification through submission.
- Decode evaluator requirements and shape response strategy with account teams.
- Coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security.
- Drive submissions to a high standard and meet deadlines.
- Run pursuits through the AI-first system, including automated drafting, compliance checks, and content retrieval.
- Identify repeated manual work and help systematize it.
- Turn bid learnings into templates, content, and processes.
