Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the TPM team to drive consistent delivery outcomes, execution, and accountability across engineering.
- Establish and evolve delivery practices to improve predictability, transparency, planning, execution, and validation.
- Coach and develop team members through feedback, performance management, and career growth planning.
- Support strategic hiring for the TPM team.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to align delivery expectations, manage risks, and support successful outcomes.
- Help teams define work, structure execution, and maintain momentum in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Support TPM team members in strengthening their approaches to planning, execution, and delivery.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled and innovative delivery approaches.
- Coordinate communication across globally distributed teams operating across time zones.
