Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in an MSP environment (preferred).
- Bring technical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Have experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
- Have experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
- Understand firewalls, networking, and endpoint security solutions.
- Have hands-on experience with compliance and security frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering IT projects.
- Have relevant certifications preferred, such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, CISSP, CISM, or CMMC-related credentials.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize client infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security solutions.
- Lead and execute IT projects end-to-end, including migrations, deployments, upgrades, and cloud transitions.
- Implement and enforce CMMC, NIST, and other compliance standards across client environments.
- Troubleshoot escalated L3 technical issues and mentor junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for client systems, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities, outages, and compliance gaps.
