Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Bring strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments.
- Have experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions, such as JumpCloud or Okta.
- Understand networking fundamentals, identity management, and access control.
- Be able to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions under pressure.
- Communicate technical complexity clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have: experience in a web3, fintech, or high-growth technology environment.
- Nice to have: exposure to security frameworks or compliance programs such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Nice to have: experience supporting globally distributed, fully remote teams.
- Nice to have: experience with at least two major cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing, remote support, hardware and software support, networking, and videoconferencing.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees.
- Procure and ship equipment to remote employees across the EU.
- Execute large-scale technical projects and company-wide technology initiatives.
- Administer, improve, and support cloud infrastructure across multiple environments, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian.
- Manage hybrid systems and their integration with cloud workloads.
- Administer and optimize SaaS and MDM tools.
- Lead critical-systems incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Build and maintain automation to reduce manual work and improve system observability.
- Define and enforce security and access-control policies; support compliance with Security teams and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
