- Little to no prior professional website-building experience is required.
- Have foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with willingness to build fluency quickly.
- Be comfortable with Google Apps.
- Have a developing sense of layout, balance, and aesthetic consistency.
- Have knowledge of website UX/UI.
- Be comfortable using AI tools or eager to learn them for coding and design tasks.
- Must be a current resident of the Philippines.
- Be willing to work graveyard hours five days a week, nine hours a day, with a one-hour meal break.
- Own a laptop or desktop.
- Have a valid government ID.
- Have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired.
- Have a stable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and a backup connection.
- Live in an area with stable power supply that is not interrupted by constant outages.
Responsibilities
- Build standard websites end to end on the Presence Platform within established design frameworks.
- Apply cohesive color palettes and typography to reflect each client's brand.
- Review project briefs, intake notes, discovery materials, and brand guidance before starting work.
- Translate client requests and materials into the website build.
- Design intuitive, engaging, responsive websites that support lead generation.
- Validate completed work against the Build + Self-QA checklist before handoff.
- Verify state disclosures, brokerage branding rules, and MLS/IDX display requirements.
- Apply SEO best practices, including metadata optimization and link mapping.
- Manage build and revision timelines, task statuses, and prompt resolution of QA passbacks.
- Escalate platform bugs, blockers, out-of-scope requests, and delivery risks to the Team Lead.
