Little to no prior professional website-building experience is required.
Have foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with willingness to build fluency quickly.
Be comfortable using Google Apps.
Have a developing sense of layout, balance, aesthetic consistency, and website UX/UI.
Be comfortable using, or eager to learn, AI tools for coding and design tasks.
Prior exposure to block-based builders such as Squarespace or Webflow is a plus.
Must be a current resident of the Philippines.
Be willing to work graveyard hours five days a week, nine hours a day, with a one-hour meal break.
Own a laptop or desktop.
Have a stable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps and a backup connection.
Live in an area with stable power supply.
Have a valid government ID and an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired.

Build standard websites end to end within established design frameworks on the Presence Platform.
Apply cohesive color palettes and typography that reflect each client's brand.
Review project briefs, intake notes, discovery materials, and brand guidance before building.
Design intuitive, responsive websites that support lead generation.
Validate builds against the Build + Self-QA checklist before handoff.
Verify state disclosure, brokerage branding, and MLS/IDX display requirements.
Apply SEO fundamentals, including metadata optimization and link mapping.
Manage build and revision timelines, update task statuses, and resolve QA passbacks promptly.
Escalate platform bugs, blockers, and out-of-scope requests, and communicate delivery risks early.
