Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes or assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively through problem solving.
- Process service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Learn the insurance products and app to help customers navigate their options.
- Identify potential coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and renewal changes for customers.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the product.
