Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
- Bring a solid background in enterprise IT and business software such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
- Use AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, with limited reliance on manual coding.
- Demonstrate expertise in executing process improvements and realizing value.
- Have experience orchestrating multi-region or business-unit transformation programs.
- Be able to mobilize VP- and Director-level sponsorship.
- Demonstrate flawless English communication and executive presence.
- Have a deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains.
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, a comparable technical field, or Business/Economics paired with a technical minor.
- Be available for frequent US travel.
Responsibilities
- Own customer outcomes from initial discovery through realized ROI for assigned process areas.
- Develop executive narratives and lead business value workshops.
- Build executive sponsorship across business units and co-own change management with customer leaders.
- Design Center of Excellence roadmaps that build customer self-sufficiency.
- Steer global transformations across complex workstreams.
- Implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management.
- Automate executive governance, including QBRs and SteerCos.
- Champion Celonis platform adoption and build strategic expansion roadmaps.
- Provide R&D feedback based on evolving customer use cases.
