Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Understand Apex coding patterns and best practices.
- Have a strong foundation in software development principles, programming fundamentals, and object-oriented programming.
- Understand CI/CD processes and source tracking with Git.
- Have experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs.
- Have experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360.
- Have experience building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
- Demonstrate curiosity about and hands-on experimentation with AI technologies beyond core Salesforce, such as LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and emerging tooling.
- Preferred: experience with unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution.
- Preferred: experience with Agentforce Agent Script, relevant Salesforce or AI certifications, or consulting and professional services delivery.
- Preferred: experience with LLM providers, vector databases, agent orchestration frameworks, additional Salesforce Clouds, Enhanced Chat, Omni-channel, telephony platforms, AWS Lambda, or Claude Code and similar AI coding agents.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and enhance Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
- Prototype and evaluate AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce stack for client initiatives.
- Design and build scalable, secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, and real-time data activation.
- Use unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes.
- Engage customers to define requirements and propose and deliver complex solutions using Salesforce and adjacent AI technologies.
- Develop with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Keep current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, platform best practices, and the broader AI landscape.
- Use AI tools and development assistants to improve build efficiency.
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
