Requirements
- Bring hands-on experience with AWS core services such as EC2, EKS or ECS, S3, IAM, and networking.
- Have 2-4 years of DevOps engineering experience.
- Have experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrate a track record of owning projects end to end.
- Be able to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to engineers outside infrastructure.
- Bring curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools to speed up infrastructure, debugging, or automation work.
- Kubernetes experience is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines so engineering teams can ship safely and frequently.
- Bring an infrastructure perspective to architecture decisions early, working alongside engineers.
- Improve observability, alerting, and incident response; trace problems to root cause and share what the team learns.
- Lead defined infrastructure projects from scoping through rollout.
- Keep the AWS environment secure, reliable, and cost-efficient.
- Review teammates' infrastructure code and share what you learn.
- Use AI tools in infrastructure work and share effective practices with the team.
