Requirements
- Have experience conducting client outreach or prospect communications.
- Maintain accurate sales outreach records in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Be proficient with digital workspace tools including Google Workspace and Slack or similar tools.
- Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective advertising clients across important industries.
- Develop and deliver outreach messaging across email and other channels.
- Schedule and support discovery and marketing meetings with potential clients.
- Manage and qualify inbound marketing leads.
- Help create marketing collateral and sales materials.
- Help develop client proposals and advertising campaign strategies.
- Prepare competitive analyses and business intelligence reports.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the customer database (CRM).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and editorial teams.
